All sales at Kosmik are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
We take great care in crafting and quality-checking every piece of jewellery before it is shipped to you. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kosmikjewel@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review your case and work to resolve it.
